Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality results for your branded workwear, please follow these artwork guidelines. We accept a variety of file formats depending on the product you’re ordering.

Clothing Decoration:
For branded clothing, vector files are ideal for crisp, scalable designs. We prefer:
PDF, EPS, or AI (Adobe Illustrator) vector files.
Also Accepted: High-resolution JPG or PNG files.

Embroidered Clothing
For embroidered logos or designs, a high resolution copy of your logo is not crucial. However, it is always preferred. Before a logo can be embroidered, it is first digitised in to a stitch file. This is a file which can be understood by an embroidery machine, and contains details information such as thread colour, stitch direction, density and more. When working with embroidery, we will re-draw your logo and send a visual proof back to you to approve before we go ahead with production.

Printed Clothing
For printed workwear, it’s important that you have a high-resolution copy of your logo. Ideally, this will be a vector file, such as a PDF, EPS or AI file. Having a high-quality file will mean that your print looks great and exactly as you intended.

With that said, don’t worry too much if you haven’t got a high quality copy of your logo. We can re-draw your logo in to a vector format for a small setup fee, but this will be retained on file for any future orders and means your print will look clean, crisp and vibrant.

Paper Print, Stickers & Signage:
For printed materials like posters, stickers, and signs, please provide artwork in PDF, EPS or AI format, or as high-resolution JPG or PNG files.

Key Requirements for Print Materials:
Color Mode: CMYK color mode is essential for accurate printing.
Bleed & Safe Zone: Please include a 3mm bleed and safe zone in your design. This ensures no critical elements are trimmed during the printing process.
Resolution: Artwork should be 300dpi (dots per inch) for optimal print quality. Some larger format print such as roller banners and sign boards are better at 150dpi or lower depending on the design. Talk to us if you’re unsure.
Fonts: All fonts must be outlined or embedded within the file.
Marks: Please do not include crop marks or printer marks.
