Delivery & Returns

Delivery information

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days from artwork approval. We send your orders Monday - Saturday. 

  • Upon receipt of your order, we will send an artwork proof for your approval, normally within 2-3 working days. We will send this to you via email, so please enter a valid email address at checkout. We cannot proceed with your order until you approve your artwork proof by return email.

  • We dispatch orders using our trusted delivery partners on a 24 hour service. Please note that turnaround time doesn't include delivery time. 

  • We carefully package your order and place it in a sealed mailing bag or postal box. Whilst we take every care to get your order to you in good condition, we don't have control over your parcel once it has been passed to the courier. We are responsible for your order arriving to you.

  • Delivery is usually made using Parcelforce, DHL or Royal Mail. We work with a number of partners to provide the best possible delivery service possible.

  • We only deliver to the UK as standard. We don't like to disappoint though, so if you have a special delivery request then get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

  • Delivery is charged on all orders under £99, with free delivery available over £99.

Returns

In most cases we aren't able to accept any returns. If your garment has been personalised, then we can only accept a return if the item is damaged or faulty. 

If you've bought an item without any customisation and would like to return it for any reason, please contact our team who will be able to help on info@embroidery-studio.co.uk.
